We have arranged for group booking rates for Friday and Saturday nights at two hotels: The Hotel Ithaca ($199/night) or Hilton Garden Inn ($279/night) . Either hotel is a short walk (less than 3 blocks) from the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center, where conference activities will be held. Each hotel provides complimentary parking to guests.

Outdoor Recreation including camping, hiking, biking, golfing, swimming, fishing and boating can all be done in and around Cayuga Lake and stunning local state parks.
The main attraction at Taughannock Falls State Park is its 215-foot waterfall (that’s taller than Niagara Falls!). View it from an overlook high above the gorge, or from ground level on the George Trail (less than a mile, easy walking). Entrance fee.
Ithaca Farmer’s Market is housed in an all-weather pavilion on the shores of Cayuga Lake, and features fresh produce, tastings, hot food and crafts - all from local vendors. Open Saturday & Sunday. Arrive early for the best selections. No fee.
Over 100 Wineries, Breweries and Cider Houses throughout the Finger Lakes Region offer tasting experiences, tours, and picturesque scenery. A designated driver is a must, or hire a limousine service for a worry-free day.
The Cornell Botanic Gardens consist of 25 acres of botanical gardens and 100 acres of the F.R. Newman Arboretum. The Welcome Center includes interpretive exhibits, a reception desk, restrooms, gift shop and small café. Free parking on the weekend.
Activities for kids include The Sciencenter, Sagan Planet Walk, Museum of the Earth, and Stewart Park.
